He went about his work as a Professional and yet, he made us feel comfortable with saying what he was doing. Nice human touch! Today was the third time in the last few months that we have used HL Bowman. During our first appointment, we were told of the maintenance plan, and decided to sign up because of the discount we would get for our repair that was needed, but also because we would receive the free Plumbing and Electrical inspections. Getting the maintenance plan turned out to be a really smart move for us. Last week our toilet started to bubble. I didn’t know that could happen, but it was definitely a bigger problem than the typical clog. We called on a Friday at 2pm, and by 2:45 we had a plumber at our house. We weren’t charged for that visit because he wasn’t able to fix it (thank you maintenance plan). We had to have our pipes jetted out and then a 12 foot section was replaced by digging a 7 foot hole in the front of our house. We also had to have our water heater replaced. The AC unit at the home I just purchased quit on me, and due to the age of the unit I was concerned that it may not be repairable. I called HL Bowman and they had a technician dispatched within an hour. Logan arrived and got straight to work. He was very professional and did great work, especially with the circumstances he was presented with. Logan knew exactly where to look and found the source of the issue. He had parts to swap into my 20 year old unit in his van, so he had the air back up and running in under an hour. I am relieved to know that guys like Logan are a call away when you're in a pinch.
