Logan did an excellent job assessing the problem with my air conditioner. It was not an easy fix and he was determined to find out what was wrong. He suggested I consider your maintenance plan which I signed up for and kept me informed with each bit of progress. He had a great attitude, was considerate and polite, even dog-friendly. My new HVAC system was just installed today by Justin Gordy and Craig Lenker. I am so pleased with their service and professionalism. I can't wait to experience the difference between my new system compared to my 22 year old, original unit. I'm so glad my friend/neighbor recommended H L Bowman.
