Called for an appointment to visit the lighting showroom. Was told that I would have to pay a $250. fee up front to do this. If I found a product I liked this amount would be applied to the purchase. IF NOT I would forfeit the $250. IS THIS LEGAL???
Will never do business with this company. Customer service poor. Was recommended light fixtures by salesman that could not be used for our application, upon returning them I was charged 30 percent restocking fee, for lights that where recommended by a salesman.
I paid 45$ for a5 gang switch plate and over 35$ for a gfi receptacle this is well over double what I would pay at any other supplier including a hardware store. This is taking advantage of the situation. And be very careful what you purchase there because they don't accept any returns!
