I was very pleased with their service from the first phone call to the end of install. They were beyond flexible to work around my schedule. Each technician was knowledgeable in all aspects of the job, and were very thorough explaining how everything works. Could not be happier with our decision to go with LCS for our full system replacement (heat pump and furnace install) We had looked at 7 different companies, and LCS was the last one in the door and a last second find as we were ready to just call it in and choose one although we didn't feel great about any of the companies we met with We felt overwhelmed with the differences in all the estimates in equipment options as well as pricing Jason with LCS swung by and looked over our current system before talking us through what he thought would be best for our home, after asking some questions to get a better understanding of our situation He was by far the most knowledgeable person we met with, and we could tell he didn't just want to sell us a system, but wanted us to be able to be able to determine which system would best fit our goals and needs in the long run as we do plan on being here for quite some time It took a few weeks of us asking tons of questions, but we ultimately chose LCS

Jason and his crew are phenomenal. They placed 3 of our split systems downstairs and upstairs. They were very professional and very attentive. If I had questions or needed anything They always had or found a response immediately. When I was looking to add the split systems we had a few companies come out who didn't respond after or never followed through, a few never even called back. Jason emailed every time I had a question and responded immediately with an estimate. Great Prices, Great Service and Overall GREAT Company. Would recommend to everyone!!!
