They were very professional. They came in on time and worked very proficiently. The work looks phenomenal. Very happy with the results!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Not very good service. Left messes and parts of wall not secure when they left. Cut some wires in bathroom and the next day I have no electric in bathroom at all. Left caulk in 2 spots on the carpet. Found a full tube of caulk dripping onto carpet when they left. Didn't do some of the work that was to be done because they didn't have the stuff on the truck. Cursing a lot didn't seem very professional. Only reason they get 2 stars is it was free...but hey, guess you get what you don't pay for.

We contracted with MT Building Services to do an energy audit of our home. Based on the audit, we decided the best course of action was to add insultation to our attic and air seal the knee-wall area. The MT Building Services crew arrived promptly in the morning, did more work than expected and did not charge us more than the initial quote. Since MT's work was completed, our electric use is down 10-15%, even though we've had record high temperatures for the Central Pennsylvania area. The kids actually complain that the house is to cold, something that never happened before. We are running are air conditioner less, keeping the temp set higher, but having a more comfortable house thanks to MT's work. Photos of before and after are attached to the review.
