Brian's a straight shooter and was very helpful in the purchase of a building that needed the sewer main line inspected. Very responsive, professional, and if he can't help you out he is fair and upfront about that.

Brian is amazing! Had hydrojetting done. Hes one of the few locals that has the equipment to do so. Pronto wanted $700 to do the job. Roto Rooter had an estimate of $1000 and was worried they would flood the whole house. Out of all, Brian was the only one confident in doing it and was half the price of Pronto. He is transparent in his prices and opinions. I could go on... Hands down the best.

I contacted this company on a Monday RE: a clogged sink. I requested a visit after 4, and I was told that timeframe was saved for emergencies only. I explained that I could be available during regular work hours on Friday of that week. He asked for my address and we agreed upon an 8:30 visit Friday morning. I took off work to meet him. 8:30 came and went...no show. I waited until 9 and called him. He answered and I told him my name and he hung up on me. Bad business...as if my time isn't as valuable as his. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Complete trash. Fortunately for me, Walter's was able to stop out within 90 minutes that same morning and did a great job. Skip right over this business and look elsewhere.
