Reitz Oil Co

This is one of the hardest online pay bill. No matter how I try to pay, it keeps telling me to login and I do. I gave up!!! But as far as company goes I have never had a bad experience with anyone in the office. Very happy with their service. I'm calling now to pay my bill since I can't do it online

Reitz Oil review---This was my first year for the company. I had them come to fix a heating problem in the basement and clean my furnace. The bill was $345. which I thought was outrageous. I was angry. Too angry to call, as I would have been nasty on the phone. A few days later a Reitz man called me. He asked about the bill. I told him (very calmly)that I was very angry about the amount. His first comment was sarcastic. I have never had a person from "customer service" behave in such a manner. I will not be back to them for a second Year. I am canceling the service - paying off the bill--and finding another company!

Shop around each time you need oil. The first time I did, I called many places and Reitz was on par with price and very friendly. I decided to use them and when I ran out I just called them up to come fill up my tank. They charged me 4.20 a gallon. My neighbor then informed me how their tank was just filled for 3.45 a gallon. After some calling around I found that every single other company was 3.45 to 3.55. To charge a return customer 70 cents more than any other company.....
