My kids room had an odor and after doing some reading online, I found it could be due to the AC unit needing cleaned. I called Ranck, who has helped us in the past, and the owner scheduled us quickly. Dale cleaned the AC unit along with the coils. I haven't had the odor return in their room, so I believe it was related to the AC unit needing a good cleaning. Thank you for putting us in for an appointment so soon and great customer care!
