Recently, I moved to Lancaster and needing some company to service my Heating & C Cooling systems I called Ranck. From the very first person I spoke to I felt comfortable. The Technologist who came to check my systems were knowledgeable, and diligent as they worked. All my questions were answered. Very professionals.I am Very Satisfied with everything they did! Ranck’s technician was first rate! Arrived on time, clearly explained the work to be done, and completed it efficiently - left the job site cleaner than it was before he arrived. We will definitely use Ranck again for any plumbing needs!

The toilet had a leak - had a bad wax ring. tech said it was a $350 job. Took my daughter to another house to use the bathroom, and by the time I got back, he was gone. He was there 20-30 minutes max. Instead of taking it apart, he must have slid it to the side and back on. It's fixed, but $350 for thirty minutes - you be the judge. Of note, I had Ranck put in a furnace in the last three years and have a service contract for cleaning. Never had a complaint until now. I used to use Roehrs before this, but I caught them overcharging for a furnace filter and fuel additive. That's why I switched to Ranck.
