Had a great experience with Kowall. Had an older electric panel that had water finding its way in, and they were very quick to diagnose and fix the issue in an extremely friendly and informative way. Greg answered our call immediately and came out to our house within a few hours. He was professional and reassuring. Kowall Electric is by far one of the best companies we have dealt with in some time. From our initial contact to completion, it was outstanding. Greg Kowall promptly came out, evaluated our needs, gave us a fair price and set up a date for service. Greg was professional, thoroughly explained different techniques, advised of various choices and is truly into customer service….something very rare these days! On scheduled day, Mike, Dom and Andrew showed up on time, respected our home (probably even more than we do), did their work in a very timely fashion and couldn’t be more pleasant to deal with. You could tell the Company’s philosophy of outstanding customer service was reiterated with these three gentlemen. We highly recommend Kowall for all your electrical needs.
