When we make an appointment for our usual service for our heat pump maintenance, it was done professionally and in a timely manner. When the technician, Joe Williams came (on time) he was friendly, professional and more importantly to us as senior citizens very knowledgable, and he took the time to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. He also gave us pointers which was very appreciated, especially since our heater/heat pump was just over the 10 year warranty period. We have always had good service on prior occasions but Joe was exceptional! Thank you Olivers and Joe for your continued excellent service!

The technician was very professional and friendly. He identified the problem in our air handler and made tge repair quickly. Then did a quick inspection of the condenser as well. I was thrilled with him and the results and so happy my house is cooling down. Because of the warm weather, we did not expect to get an appointment for a couple of weeks but was elated when they said someone could be here tonight. Thank you!

I have had several jobs handled by Oliver Heating & Cooling over the past 3 years. I have annual service contracts with for the same period. Their service has been very reliable, attentive, and timely. I believe they have been ethical in making cost estimates for repairs and have not been badgering in trying to lock in potential upgrades. Their pricing structure appears to be within reasonable standards compared to competitors of their size, Every technician with whom I have had contact has been knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt.
