EP answered the call on a Thursday afternoon and had a tech come out early Friday afternoon. Everything from the customer service rep to working with the technician was great. Andi, the tech that came out, went above and beyond to fix a problem with an outlet. Along the way he even gave useful tips and instruction on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how I would do it in the future if I ever needed to, which is great to know for reference, although I think I’ll continue to let the pros (Andi) do it from here on out. Business answered call on Sunday morning at 8am and had techs out in about an hour to resolve an electrical outage. They were able to pin point the problem quickly and able to solve the very same day. Techs Ron and Alex were super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and respected my home while working. My lights were flickering in my house and I wanted to look for a truth worthy company that can take care of this issue. Within less than 24 hours I receive a call from Andy and he came out to see what the issue was. Andy was professional and informative. He gave us an appointment for next day repairs at 9am. Ron and Alex called me before their arrival, which shows a sense of professionalism. They went right down to work. Overall great experience from the initial visit to the repairs.
