Trustco Heating & Air

Trustco replaced old HVACs. The good: Tech keeps appointments, texts ETA, air cond worked all summer; heat seems to work, but winter will tell. The bad : Permanently smelly house. Whether HVAC is on or off. 10 days after Trustco finished, problems began: gas leak, air leaks, jammed air filter, lawnmower level noise (which even TrustCo said "had to be annoying"), short cycling, moisture seepage, condensation on evaporator coil. Trustco is responsive, but ineffective. Other HVAC companies looked at this install, then ghosted. One company said the moisture seepage could be because the furnace is not level. 22 years ago I had new HVACs installed. Had ZERO problems until condenser went last year. My old installer doesn't do Philly any more. TrustCo online rating is higher than that old company. Expensive way to learn online ratings mean nothing. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is what makes TrustCo the best! I had an issue with my heater where it wasn’t turning on (and it was getting very cold in my house) and Frank came out right away and addressed the problem. While he was there he serviced the unit and ran some tests to help me understand some of the underlying issues with an old HVAC system. Trustco is great. I hired them to take care of my rental properties in northeast philly and they did a fantastic job. Honest too. What was great is that I live out of town, and didn't have to worry about anything.
