Called and got somebody out here the same day to look at my toilet so that was good.. my toilet was leaking from the base when flushed; the base could also move side to side so it wasn’t stable but not bad enough for $395. Tried to charge me $395 just to replace the wax ring then said $365.. a rip off! Told the guy joe the price wasn’t fair and he was rude about it on the phone. Called another plumber and he did it for $150 which was reasonable!!! replaced my wax ring and tighten up the toilet in less than an hour and it’s good as new. Stop trying to get over on people.

Excellent service. Joseph was very responsive when I contacted him on Saturday afternoon, Oct 22, 2022 to ask for help with my aging(13 years old) leaking Bradford White water heater. Joseph sent someone (bob) the next morning, a Sunday, to check the situation!!! By Monday mid afternoon Bob had replaced the heater, upgrading a few connection components along the way. Throughout Bob answered all my questions, technical and otherwise with a very amicable demeanor: thank you Bob! The plumber who replaced our water heater was nothing short of amazing. In the past I’ve had some issues with other plumbers and HVAC technicians. This experience with Joseph’s Affordable Plumbers could not have been better. They were responsive, arrived promptly, removed the old water heater, installed the new unit and cleaned up when finished. I give this company my highest rating and unconditional recommendation.
