Lucas was so polite and very professional. Explained to me exactly what needed to be replaced on the furnace (ignition switch) and what needed done on the humidifier. He also gave me options for a new and more updated humidifier and reviewed my service agreement and added the humidifier repair to it which saved me money on the parts.
