Jake and Jims quality plumbing

This was initially booked on the Handy app through a Lowe's purchase and there were some Handy app issues but Jake and Jim's plumbing was very understanding and sorted it out for me on the phone to find an alternate time that worked as quickly as they could. Bill showed up right on the time agreed on even though his main work truck broke down that morning and he had to use an alternate vehicle. He was very friendly and professional and finished the job quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude and cleaned up well after. Would highly recommend! Service: Toilet installation

Are you kidding me??? We had an issue at a commercial apartment building and my boss tried everyone and everywhere and everyone turned them down or couldn't come out for days and even weeks and I went on Craigslist Pittsburgh and I picked out just randomly and I'm so glad I did because these guys we're fantastic they were even early. I mean really who is early who calls and tells you there early will recommend them to anyone will use them over and over again and I think the gentleman for coming out so quickly to take care of this problem that was very scary because it could have been a major repair and they found out the problem instantly thank you once again.........
