Let me simply state that it is no surprise CL Frey has a 5 star rating ~ they were responsive, professional, accomodating and excellent. Jerry came out and gave a detailed estimate while answering all of our questions ... the team arrived on time and when they left a mere 5 hours later the only proof we had they were there was a fantastic new roof and skylight! I used CL Frey Construction LLC and couldn’t be more happy! They were incredibly responsive, prompt in all that they did, scheduled an appointment for the next day for an estimate and everything from start to finish went very smoothly. Everyone was friendly and kind, and Trilby in the office was great and answered anything I needed. Jerry took the time to explain the process from start to finish and answered any questions I had. Greg and his team were prompt, professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Greg took time to communicate with me through the whole process and make sure I understood everything that was being done. Him and his team made sure everything was cleaned up in the end and I am very happy with the customer service and quality of the job I got from CLY Frey. Jerry and his team did an excellent job of installing our new roof and gutters! From the very beginning, Jerry was kind and professional in listening to our needs, detailing the service, and communicating the work dates. The crew did a fantastic job of removing and installing the roof in one day; gutters installed a few days later.
