I had a very nice experience working with Rod and I think I was very lucky to find him and his crew. He explained every single step about the claim process and he was very honest with everything. His crew got the job done in a day which was fascinating! My wife left home to go to work in the morning and when she was back the new roof was installed! I have worked with several sales rep, and I can tell who is trying to sell their product/service to you in anyway and who is confident about their service that they don’t need to advertise about their service! Rod was like a friend and not a sales rep, and when he explained everything to me, I told him this is so good to be true! And he said, yes this is a win win case! ( and to be honest I wasn’t sure if this could happen with the claim process). Thanks to his efforts, my initial repair claim turned into a total replacement. Juan Williams was also fantastic in helping with all the decisions that came with picking out a new roof. My experience with this company was great other than the no call no show on the first scheduled day. Joey was an awesome inspector and was there every step of the way!
