I had a very nice experience working with Rod and I think I was very lucky to find him and his crew. He explained every single step about the claim process and he was very honest with everything. His crew got the job done in a day which was fascinating! My wife left home to go to work in the morning and when she was back the new roof was installed! I have worked with several sales rep, and I can tell who is trying to sell their product/service to you in anyway and who is confident about their service that they don’t need to advertise about their service! Rod was like a friend and not a sales rep, and when he explained everything to me, I told him this is so good to be true! And he said, yes this is a win win case! ( and to be honest I wasn’t sure if this could happen with the claim process). I was having a couple leaks in my roof and kept putting it off until this spring. I had a few estimates done over the course of a month and my last one was with Lifetime Quality Roofing. They were the only ones that actually climbed onto my roof AND went into my attic to fully inspect my roof. Ben Kikta was very professional and answered all of my questions fully. The process was pretty seamless and the crew that came out worked their tails off! They were there at 7:15am and left around 9pm! The roof looks fantastic, the crew cleaned up great, and couldn't be happier. Go with these guys, their prices are much better than I thought it would be as well. A+
