-3 outside temperature, wind chill -28-35 below zero . Furnace froze up . Called 8 different Heating companies to fix , They say No one available. Metro answered and called back numerous times . It took 28 hours , but JENN from Metro gets 5 Stars and Metro ServiceTechn gets 6 Stars . Thank God Please If Not Happy Call METRO HEATING on Banksville road . Thank You Again Randy & Lynn ????♥️
Metro installed a replacement air conditioner for our landlord last week. They were extremely professional beginning with their sales rep that came to our home to provide an assessment. The scheduler actually moved the install ahead by 5 days. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up everything. There was nothing left behind and the install was nicely done. We thank them.
