Chevalier Electric LLC

I would recommend Chevalier Electric to anyone, and they have made a customer for life. We had just moved in and were experiencing flickering lights throughout the whole house and Moises was able to come out the same day and examine the problem. The service call fee was $125, which would be deducted from the repair costs if we chose to go forward with chevalier for the fix. The quote was extremely reasonable and scheduling and communicating with Rafaelina was very easy. Michael fixed the breaker box and was also great. Unfortunately the repair didn’t fully fix the problem so Moises had to come back the next day and fix the connectors for the service line to the house, which he did at no additional charge. As first time homeowners, we really appreciate their responsiveness, reasonable costs, and friendly demeanor.

Called about am electrical issue. They said they would give me a quote to fix the issue. They billed me over $300 for coming to look at the issue which I paid, and never gave me the estimate for repairing my issue! They won't return my calls now. Feeling very ripped off, it's been 3 months, no communication from them. This is no way to do business. RESPONSE TO OWNERS: 100% was a client, met and dealt with Moises in West Warwick. Had used you previously in Providence about a year ago.

I had 4 separate issues I needed fixed. They not only did all 4 jobs in a day but did a great job and managed to figure out that some of my issues were less serious than initially thought. Guy was super professional and very nice. The price was also not nearly as steep as I'd budgeted for. I'm definitely going to be using this company for years to come!
