Quick response to my call (on-demand hot water heater wasn't working), technician showed up when he was supposed to, went through everything and found the issue. Very professionsal, not complaints at all. Now waiting for the part to come and then will have them back for the installation. Update - part came in and technician installed it. I had a wonderful experience using Prime Heating and Cooling LLC. Our house had no heat and the company that we have always used previously (Restivos) said they could not come until January. I contacted Prime and the office staff (Cindy) was friendly and was able to get someone to access the issues we had with our forced hot air system the very next day. The technician (Chris) was there promptly on time and explained all issues found. My Parts had to be ordered and Cindy called me when they came in and arranged to have Kevin complete the Service. Kevin arrived on time too and completed the repair ( I needed a new blower motor and my capacitor was weak so that was also replaced. They also installed my Thermostat that I had purchased previously to calling them. Within 1 week all of my issues were taken care of and our home was warm again. They have gained a new customer.
