Great company to work with. Boiler had a big water leak. Couldn’t get any company to come check it out. They were quick to set appointment to come check it out. Just purchased home a year ago, boiler is original from 1988. Had a bunch of other small leaks too. Decided to have a brand new system installed. They were very accommodating in scheduling a boiler replacement, even during New Years holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend Prime Heating and Cooling. Got up in the morning to our furnace blowing cold air. Called to schedule an appointment and was able to get one for 3 hours later which I was happy about. Received a call 2 hours before they were to come out to say they could be there earlier. Diagnosed a problem with the thermostat. Installed a temporary one and I'm planning in having newer ones installed by them.
