The gentleman arrived quickly after our phone call. He was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Answered all our questions and gave us information about our problem and fixed it on the spot.
Kelly came out to look at a leak that I had on a cracked nut with the water shut off on the toilet. She diagnosed the problem right away gave me an approximate cost and diligently went and fixed and resolved the solution. She tested it, twice and provided solutions to restore damage. What a pleasant experience I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again, and again I’d like to thank Kelly for her professional attitude and dedication to resolving my problem.
