I called yesterday to have my AC checked out. The fan in the outside unit was not working. Will and Charles came today to assess the problem and had it fixed within two hours. Anyone that comes to my house from Mr. Rooter is always great at explaining the problem and how it will be fixed. I have been a customer since 2016 and I totally trust them!
Will did a fantastic job with our antique drain and the delicate repair needed to create the correct pitch. He came on time, was courteous, thoughtful in the repair plan, and worked tirelessly till it was done. Then he cleaned up! And the repair was less costly than expected!
