We called Carolina Custom Air few days ago because our AC was not working. They were very fast to get someone in our house. The technician took his time to really diagnose what the issue was and explain the problem. No work was done without our pre-approval which I really appreciated. He went above and beyond and even showed us pictures on potential future problems we could have (some exposed wires) that were totally unrelated to the issue. Carolina Custom Air is our new go to company for anything HVAC related. They did a great job! Service: A/C system repair

Flooded HVAC had someone out in less than 24hrs (I called at 7pm on Father’s Day so no worries there) both the lady on the phone & the tech were super sweet & professional.
