Josh was extremely polite and professional. Showed up and had the problem solved in less than an hour. Made some educated recommendations to help prolong the life of my unit. Was told our dishwasher needed a door latch. 30 days and now the same problem but was told that it's the board. Should have been determined first time. Want more $$.
