June 2022 I called Beech Island Appliance Service on a Sunday evening and the technician, Josh, came out to my home the next morning to evaluate my problem. He was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was straightforward with pricing and gave me all the information needed to choose the best unit for my needs. The installation team Dillan and Steven arrived at the agreed upon time, and they were very professional throughout the process of removing my old system and installing the new one. They were very careful to keep everything tidy while working as well as cleaning up after they were done. They also went well beyond the typical customer care while making sure we were comfortable during the transition. Once the install was completed, Dillan explained the operation and adjustment of the new system. He answered my questions and offered future help if necessary. I could not imagine a smoother transition of the equipment. I would and will highly recommend Beech Island

Was impressed despite the fact I had used them in the past. I keep a very neat home. They went beyond cleaning up after the install. This seems like a small thing, but it is a great indication of the quality of the more technical aspects. Sloppy cleanup usually means sloppy work.
