Hixon's Roofing

My roof was leaking and I was desperately needing to have it repaired. I called Hixon’s Roofing Company and Mr. Mark Deraney came out to assessed my home and gave me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk too and he answered all my questions. A start date was set, then the materials were delivered and the workers arrived the next day to begin replacing my roof. The workers clean my yard and all of the extra debris was taken away at the end of the day. I called Hixon today and spoke with Victoria by this afternoon she had sent Jacobs out to my residence. Jacob was incredible. He checked the entire house for my facial problem. Told me exactly what the problem was. Unfortunately they couldn’t handle it, but he helped me know what to do and how to take care of it, he took his time. He was polite professional and went beyond the call. Jacob is a real pro, so is this company and I could not be more satisfied I would not use anyone else. I just want to say that Victoria is an absolute Godsend! I recently had a roof put on, last year, with another company and it started to leak. Hixson roofing is coming to fix it but I wanted to praise Victoria for her sweet demeanor and capabilities in calming me down! She is absolutely a treasure for the company!!
