TC came out and looked at what I wanted, the day he said he would be here and ON TIME! He was 100% straight forward about what needed to be done to repair my roof and explained it in terms anyone could understand. He gave me a price and upon completion it was exactly what he said it would be, not one penny more. The guys were on the job the day they said they would be. They were very professional and willing to answer any questions I had. They left my yard 100% debris free, like they were never here. Great job Hixon roofing! I highly recommend this company. I reached out to a few roofing companies and found that Hixon Roofing checked all the boxes. I got ahold of Mr. Dorries, he was very quick to come check out the roof and provide a quote the very next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The quote was very reasonable. We needed to get gutters fixed too but most estimates, for the roof alone, went outside what the insurance company sent. I had the roof replaced on my house a few weeks ago. Hixon Roofing did an excellent job. Everyone involved was kind and professional. They came to the house at the times they said they would and took time to answer every question and concern. The roof looks great!
