I called Hixon today and spoke with Victoria by this afternoon she had sent Jacobs out to my residence. Jacob was incredible. He checked the entire house for my facial problem. Told me exactly what the problem was. Unfortunately they couldn’t handle it, but he helped me know what to do and how to take care of it, he took his time. He was polite professional and went beyond the call. Jacob is a real pro, so is this company and I could not be more satisfied I would not use anyone else. I highly recommend this company. I reached out to a few roofing companies and found that Hixon Roofing checked all the boxes. I got ahold of Mr. Dorries, he was very quick to come check out the roof and provide a quote the very next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The quote was very reasonable. We needed to get gutters fixed too but most estimates, for the roof alone, went outside what the insurance company sent. From start (getting an estimate) to finish (the clean-up & walk-thru) were handled in a timely and professional manner. The Hixon Sales Representative, Mark Deraney was a pleasure to work with and his professionalism and knowledge of the GAF system and products sold us on this company. He thoroughly explained the product, gave us a fair estimate and followed up with us after the work was completed.
