I recently had my new water heater installed by Alexander Heating & Cooling, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Christopher was prompt, courteous, and professional, and he took the time to explain the installation process and answer all my questions. He was also very careful with my home and made sure to clean up any debris or mess after the installation was complete. The installation itself was flawless, and the water heater is working perfectly. Christopher also serviced our HVAC unit prior. Overall, I would highly recommend this company, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Chris was EXTREMELY accommodating. Our AC quit working earlier today & after calling numerous places to get an estimate on how much it would be (Alexander’s was the best price) Chris was the only one able to come out same day to fix it for us. He worked around my difficult schedule & was here in about an hour and done within 30 minutes. I’m now sitting comfortably in my house & I cannot express how thankful I am on this hot day.
