Purpose Plumbing called me almost immediately after I submitted the request on their website, and they were onsite the same day for my non-emergency repair. Brad was professional, knowledgeable, explained my options without being "upsold." The first time they came out they poured some kind of solvent down both water lines behind my washing machine & checked the hot water heater. The a/c guy had been out the day before & had already stopped the leak! Purpose Plumbing charged me $800 for solvent & water Hester checked!!! They were here maybe 30 minutes. Two days later my ceiling starts leaking again! Purpose comes out & cuts a valve out & caps off a drain line. Oh, & placed a cover over the area they cut out. Again they were here about 30 minutes. This time they charged me $700!!!! Your pricing is WAY beyond ridiculously overpriced! $1500 for 2 visits that were less than an hour total? You gotta be kidding me!
