If you’re looking for quick responses, courteous technicians, and quality work to be done, then you have to call Island Maintenance. I’ve used other maintenance companies in the past and never have I gotten the level of service that Island Maintenance provides. I won’t use anyone else in the future. Thanks guys!
Three punch list items cost me 2300.00! Wire shelving in a closet, two small half cabinets remove and a dryer vent installed. took them 24.5 hours to do something that should have taken a day and a half. Buyer beware!!!!
Island Maitenance was quick and efficient. They were able to get out to our rental property the same day we called to complete some repairs that were needed. We will definitely be using them again!!
