I moved into my house in 2018 and less than 36 hours before my washer and dryer were to be repaired, I found "issues" with the water pipes it would be using. I called after 8 p.m. and a plumber was dispatched the next day to fix the piping problem so the washer could be successfully installed and used. I then had a new water heater installed in 2021. To say the previous owner, who was in construction, and the guy who bought and flipped the house were the kind to cut corners and leave problems for others is a total understatement. Among other things, the hot and cold water lines were reversed, the old water heater was too big, the over flow tank was barely attached, there were no outside discharge pipes and the water heater was sitting on the ground, not a raised stand. Atta-boy corrected all those issues at that time, including fixing the reversed water lines on the washer (done as a temp fix in 2018 because who has money left after buying a house).
