We had an A/C issue last week. Carolina Climate was quick to answer our phone call. They even got a technician out the same day we called. They arrived in the timeframe they quoted. Holland was very nice and professional. Impressed with them from start to finish. They even gave us a nice detailed report via email with photos of our A/C system. These folks know their business. The techs are competent and thorough. Prompt service and communication. After an initial failure of a component in a new system, these guys got back out here asap and did their diligence to get everything online properly.
