I had to change companies in the middle of our major remodel and called Carolina Climate Control within one hour Travis was there to meet with me and confirm my concerns with the unprofessional work that had been started. By the next day he had a solution in place and a complete plan and pricing put together in detail. Everything wasn’t perfect but remodels never are but through the challenges, Travis , nor Carolina Climate Control never failed to respond and to address anything that needed to be addressed. I ended up having a great conversation with the owner of the company and he assured me that they would have my concerns fixed by the end of the day and they did. Josh did an awesome job for us! He was on time, very thorough in his inspection and super knowledgeable in every aspect of the system and the mechanics of it. Josh Richards was my technician and he was great. Immediately he made me feel comfortable with his knowledge. He went above and beyond finding the actual problem instead of just lying just to get more money like these other big companies. I’m so glad I decided to get a second opinion because it saved me a lot of money in the long run. The company I went to before quoted me $400 for something that wasn’t even the problem, So he saved me a big headache and $400.
