Josh Richards was my technician and he was great. Immediately he made me feel comfortable with his knowledge. He went above and beyond finding the actual problem instead of just lying just to get more money like these other big companies. I’m so glad I decided to get a second opinion because it saved me a lot of money in the long run. The company I went to before quoted me $400 for something that wasn’t even the problem, So he saved me a big headache and $400. My AC is up and running better than before and I’m very grateful that I don’t have to sit in a 85 degree house anymore! Thank you! Well...it finally happened! My old HVAC unit died after 18 years, so I called Marshall to ask if there were any recent changes to my quote that we discussed in April. Yes, a few changes, but Marshall talked about these possible changes with me in advance. After making a final decision on the unit, I had to figure out the best financial plan, so Katy went over all of the options and also answered all of my questions in concern. We scheduled the appointment, since I was unable to be home, Katy asked if I had any important details to share with the crew. I really appreciated her asking since I had a pet in the house to be concerned with. The crew arrived on time, then I started to receive text with photos of the crew members, who was working in and around my home. What a professional touch and the three R's... did an amazing job!
