John S. and Tony were outstanding and I hope Pardee knows their value. The storm that came through knocked out our AC. They came out within hours of us noticing the thermostat wasn't working. At first it looked like the motherboard needed replacing. John kept checking the wires and found one that had been hit in an inconspicuous place. One, it saved us from spending a ton of money on something that didn't need to be replaced. And two, our AC was back to work and the house went from 85° back down to 78° and we didn't have to wait days for a part to arrive! Being thorough and doing what's best for the customer is lost on so many people and companies today. This was not our experience. Pardee and their technicians and the scheduler get a Bravo Zulu from us! Thank you.

Kevin Whipple was wonderful to work with! He was very professional and efficient in installing our new hot water heater. He completed the job quickly and didn’t leave until it was done right.
