M&B Heating and Air are by far the best HVAC company in Charleston. Michael was extremally professional, very through and went the extra mile. I would recommend M&B to anyone that needs service or repairs. Service: HVAC system maintenance
I have used M&B for routine service the past few years, but this time when I had an issue during the extreme heat, I called for an appointment and was not sure how soon they could get to me. I was nicely surprised they could they could come out same day which I was happy about with no working A/C. Unfortunately, the nice repair guy told me it was unfixable due to its age. They set me up the next day with a very pleasant project manager who gave me an estimate and we placed the order for a new unit that same day. They even offered me a portable unit to get me through a few days without A/C. They then scheduled me for install 3 days later with a great crew who were here all day doing the work. The whole process from start to finish was easy and each of the crew members was very professional. I would highly recommend them!
We were very impressed with M&B Heating & Air. We purchased ducts, handler & condenser from them and their techs were diligent in their knowledge of installing each products. It took four days to install the combos and the reps always kept us informed at each stage We are very satisfied with the products and their service.
