We are from Charleston and always knew the name of Myatt was synonymous with top shelf care in the heat & air space. So our air conditioner went out 5 days ago and and Myatt & Bates reacted so quicky when we reached out for assistance. Today we are loving life again after M&B replaced our unit in an astonishing turnaround time. They were so responsive and understanding from our request for an appointment to the install in an unbelievable turn time. We had booked a hotel after the first day when our house reached 93 degrees. We then arranged an Air BNB until we could get our air straightened out assuming it would be a lengthy protracted effort. Nope!, they cared about us being inconvenienced and acted with a sense of urgency you just do not see anymore. The project team was on time, so was Scott the initial consultant, who was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable and no pressure. We did read though lots of reviews before contacting these guys and they are the REAL DEAL!! Wish we

I normally do not post any reviews for a business but I felt this was warranted. I recently had some issues with my AC, I use M&B to service my AC so I felt they would be best to fix my issues. I had some challenges in the beginning with a technician but was able to get my problem resolved thanks to Heather for understanding my concerns and to John who came out after hours to discover a wire had broken off. He was able to get us back up and running again after several 90-degree days in the house. Thanks again to all of the professionals at M&B for sticking with it until the unit was fixed correctly.

We were very impressed with M&B Heating & Air. We purchased ducts, handler & condenser from them and their techs were diligent in their knowledge of installing each products. It took four days to install the combos and the reps always kept us informed at each stage We are very satisfied with the products and their service.
