We were very impressed with M&B Heating & Air. We purchased ducts, handler & condenser from them and their techs were diligent in their knowledge of installing each products. It took four days to install the combos and the reps always kept us informed at each stage We are very satisfied with the products and their service. I took my time selecting an contractor and attaining over 5 estimates from 5 different PM/sales. I give the office staff 5 stars across the board for politeness, attitude, and professionalism. They did answer all questions and processed rebates, thank you Julie. I verified the after hour support in-which a live answering service available 24/7 which is very important to us. I did have some differences with PM/sales representative on final estimate. Highly suggest know your product and what you are purchasing. We had some differences on models and what was or was not in the installation/cost…I am happy with my system, but not completely what I expected. I appreciated M&B working the estimate taking out some support to meet my budget, thank you Chris. Installation wise the guys were polite, courteous, and respectful across the board.
