I’ve had 3 different companies to my house to try and fix our shower leak over the last 5 months. Lance was AMAZING! He took his time and found the root cause and confirmed his fix to ensure it was resolved before he left!! Professional, diligent, informative and thorough!! Definitely recommend!! From the first call with Brian to the day Preston came, Cransten was so professional. That is exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a company that was professional, on time, and did the work they said they were going to. Preston communicated with us throughout the whole process and was on time and professional, hitting all of our marks. The price is a little high but you have to pay a little more these days to get something done right it seems! Worth it to us!
