I had an experience with Wando Roofing that I have never had with other companies in the past 20 years; be they roofers, carpenters painters, etc. I called Wando Roofing at 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning, desperately in search of somebody to repair a leak that occurred during a period of heavy rainfall the night before. Shawn returned my call within 30 minutes and was out to make repairs the same day. If you are fed up with no-shows and empty promises, call Wando Roofing. Jeff C. Service: Roof repair
Charged us a $250 service fee to come out and put a blob of caulk on the roof. It didn’t fix the problem and after trying to get them back out for 2 week, texting, calling, and even reaching directly out to the tech, they aren’t going to come back. Beware.
