Charged us a $250 service fee to come out and put a blob of caulk on the roof. It didn’t fix the problem and after trying to get them back out for 2 week, texting, calling, and even reaching directly out to the tech, they aren’t going to come back. Beware.

Discovered roof leakage from Hurricaine Matthew. Had someone come out to repair the leak after the storm. Recently discovered they not do a good job. The roof had been leaking around the bathroom vent pipe for some time. Did not know until the bathroom ceiling had water stains. Called other roofing contractors but could not come out until next week. I called Wando Roofing and Shaun came out the same day. He quoted me a price for the repair and I thought it was very reasonable. The repair was done the next day and the repair person did an outstanding job. He repaired the rotten wood underneath the shingles added water shielding and new pipe boot and of course replaced the shingles. Couldn't tell the roof was repaired. I have leaks on my roof, other roof contractors did not want to do the repair, they tried to get me to redo the whole roof which were unnecessary because my roof is only 8 years old. Wando roof, the owner Shawn Bullard was honest, he gave me a price for the repair which is reasonable.
