Our technician was great and very understanding. By the time he got here, I was very upset, he was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable about my problem. He made us feel like we were important and he would be sure to get it done tonight! He gave good tips on how to keep it up and clean. He could have told us that we had to wait til tomorrow for the unit to defrosted but he chose to sweat with us and take a few extra min to be sure and allow the unit to thaw!! What a guy. Even after all that, I have a 5 year old, he took a few extra min again to acknowledge my child and have a quick conversation with him, made a huge difference to us. Mr. Dooley, you truly are the best and thank you so much for understanding and having lots of patience with me...
