ARS/Rescue Rooter Heating & Air Conditioning

I set up an appointment for service to my heating unit thru Home Depot for $29. This was the start of my okie doke journey! I was sold a home air filtration cleaner for $1,400 and told that I would receive 2 FREE service cleanings with this purchase. My appointment kept getting rescheduled three times. ARS was supposed to come the day before yesterday. They called and said they were running late and never showed up. A tech came yesterday, unscheduled and advised me that my 9 year old compresser unit outside was in need of repair or replacement Furthermore, he recommended that my 9 year old heating unit get replaced as well. I informed him that the previous tech who JUST came in February of this year said everything looked good. I was given a lot of white-plaining as to why it was now having issues. I was then told that I was charged for the service ( Cost me $126- $230)! I was given a so called discount on the air filtration unit with the maintenance plan tacked on without my knowle

Carl came out today and conducted my seasonal tune-up. He was a gentleman, very professional, and knowledgeable in his skills. We had some good talk. After being away so long in the military, Carl made sure I was aware of the updated changes that had occurred within ARS since my system was first installed. His attitude is friendly with a smile. Ask for Carl if you want good service from a guy that knows his job. Thanks Carl. ????

I was told my evap coil was leaking only by a electronic gun. Didn't actually look at the coil. Did not clean my coil. Duct taped something in my attic and added 1 pound of coolant and charged me $423.00. AFTER being told I'd be charged $49 when scheduling! This is insane! Not a very good inspection or service. I appreciate the 1 pound of coolant as that helped a little but I do not see where I should have been charged $423.00 and given a quote of $3800.00 or more for repair! NOT WORTH THE COST! LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY!
