Very professional, explained the issue to me thoroughly, and gave me suggestions on a realistic and reasonable service plan going forward so that I could prevent having to call for an after hours service call - such a huge help! This company came highly recommended by a very good family friend and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Jon was fantastic and we were so grateful to have a house cooling down in the middle of July! This company is the best there is!!

I chose this company after being referred to me by real estate agent to inspect my HVAC before purchasing my townhome ($125). The unit was inspected as needing some small repairs but being in good working order. I moved forward with the purchase of my townhome. Within a month after inspection, my AC wasn’t working. I called them back out ($89) to diagnose the issue. The compressor failed and the unit needed full replacement. They offered to replace the compressor only for $2800 more after telling me it is no longer being made and hard to find parts for as their way of making amends. Full replacement is around $7-8k. (Higher than other companies) So, as of now I’ve paid this company $200 to tell me that the unit was old but working properly and within a month to tell me it was outdated, broken and completely useless. Had they stated in the original inspection that it is outdated and at the end of its life and they recommend replacement. I would have been able to negotiate this fact wit
