What a concept it is in this day & age for a contractor to actually show up when scheduled. Watts Roofing did exactly that. They were not only prompt, but worked from sun-up to past sun-down. They knew stormy weather was coming the next day & prepared well for it. The crew had a great work ethic, plus covered landscaping & the deck with tarps thus preventing debris from ending up in the yard. Gary and Watts & Associates were amazing and I'm an old guy that does not use that word lightly. The damage from hail and wind was widespread but the roofing inspectors that the insurance company only identified part of the damage (which kept the payout under the deductible amount) Gary worked for weeks going back and forth with the insurance company providing pictures and video on multiple occasions and even taking some of the damaged shingles to my local agent to help sway the insurance company. Thanks to his efforts, the insurance company agreed that the damage had occurred and paid. Without him going the extra mile, I would have had to pay over $11,000 more!
