It it not often in today's times we get to brag about excellent customer service, however that is exactly what we received when we called Kyle and "The Plumbing Company". Kyle is professional, punctual, knowledgeable and extremely kind. We called him for our company when the toilets starting backing up, within an hour he was there to assess the situation and began working to resolve the issue. He kept us abreast of the situation at every step and even took the time to explain why the back up occurred and how we can help to prevent it moving forward. His professionalism and attitude are noteworthy. I also want to add that he possess integrity. We had another company come out on the morning of the back up and gave us a quote of 3 1/2 times over the price that Kyle and "The Plumbing Company" charged.
