We had a bathtub to walk in shower remodel done. Installer team was great. Had a leaking problem after… it was fixed immediately. The last 3 business days Austin came out and did an awesome job patching up the ceiling. Very thorough, knowledgeable, funny and very happy to work at our home and finish the job. Mike Bower from Southern Industries called on me, at my, to look at a situation with my patio gutters, that I installed several years ago. Mike was not a high pressure “salesperson”. We went over what I thought I wanted and then he went about his task to inspect the area. He also gave me an in-depth description of all of my gutters around the house. It was very informative and helpful. We went over what it would take to properly gutter my patio, with its flat roof. He explained his product and how it worked and how it was superior to what else is available. I was given 2-4 weeks to get the job done and as soon as it gets scheduled and done I will comment on how installation went. Service: Bathroom tile reglazing
