My wife and I have been thinking about replacing our old tub/shower for quite some time. An ad appeared on my Facebook feed and, after watching the videos, we decided to contact them for an estimate. They responded immediately and scheduled for a visit to do measurements and give an estimate. Daniel arrived exactly on time. He was extremely personable and professional... and very patient with us (he was here for almost 2 hours). We were already well aware of the quality of kohler products, but he took the time to explain some of the things that make them stand out in the industry. He helped us review and select the options we wanted, and gave us a fair estimate. He was also helpful in identifying financing options, and was very understanding (no pressure) when we decided to think on it for a couple of days. We like what we saw, and especially liked his demeanor and knowledge of his products. We will very likely schedule to have the work done as soon as it can be scheduled. Great

Mike Bower from Southern Industries called on me, at my, to look at a situation with my patio gutters, that I installed several years ago. Mike was not a high pressure “salesperson”. We went over what I thought I wanted and then he went about his task to inspect the area. He also gave me an in-depth description of all of my gutters around the house. It was very informative and helpful. We went over what it would take to properly gutter my patio, with its flat roof. He explained his product and how it worked and how it was superior to what else is available.
