I am sure Mike is a huge asset to this company. Very personable, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I contracted to have a water heater replaced and will add comments when the job is complete. Okay. So now the water heater is in and I have nothing but praise for everybody involved with the purchase and installation. I hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a backup generator, which hasn't been fully installed yet. This review is based on my initial contacts with staff and Cornelius coming to the house for the initial preparation and installation of a gas line. He was courteous, informative, and even showed me photos of the work to be done since I was leaving for an appointment. Staff at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing have been wonderful to work with so far, so I'm pleased. They are communicative (responsive), customer service oriented, and professional. Wayne was very courteous and knowledgeable. He installed three new sinks and addressed some other plumbing issues such as connecting the refrigerator ice maker while he was here. We highly recommend him and other staff at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Services: Faucet installation, Shower repair
