Wayne was very kind, informative, and helpful. He told me exactly what I needed and covered all of the things I asked of him. He explained all of my options for fixing my issues and when I get my new parts, I will be calling to request him to install them. I hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a backup generator, which hasn't been fully installed yet. This review is based on my initial contacts with staff and Cornelius coming to the house for the initial preparation and installation of a gas line. He was courteous, informative, and even showed me photos of the work to be done since I was leaving for an appointment. Staff at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing have been wonderful to work with so far, so I'm pleased. They are communicative (responsive), customer service oriented, and professional.
