Great example of a business that genuinely cares about and for their customers. Andy was fantastic. Quickly and efficiently addressed our problems, made suggestions and restored what he could. Highly recommend. Coastal was prompt in their response with fair prices that are disclosed up front. We wound up having to replace both our upstairs and downstairs entire units as well as build a new platform. This entailed taking three units off, building a new platform on the side of the house then installing two air handlers and compressors. They were able to do this within days of the order and although thought it would take 3 days only took 2! Very professional install. Very careful about inside and outside work area and cleaned up as they worked. Thanks David (owner), Tim Rudd and team as well as Tim Jones (platform builder).
