Really nice guy who took the time to explain what the problem was, what options were available to us and didn't make me feel pressured to go with the most expensive option. Only reason I'm withholding the 5th star is that he was supposed to have someone call me about replacing my AC unit all together and I have yet to get a call several days later. The follow through leaves some to be desired, but I'm happy overall Service: A/C system repair
They did a great job of installing a mini split system to cool my garage that was a towering inferno of heat, now it’s a nice 75 in the garage 24 /7. I would highly recommend them for your ac needs Service: Install AC
Great example of a business that genuinely cares about and for their customers. Andy was fantastic. Quickly and efficiently addressed our problems, made suggestions and restored what he could. Highly recommend. Coastal was prompt in their response with fair prices that are disclosed up front. We wound up having to replace both our upstairs and downstairs entire units as well as build a new platform. This entailed taking three units off, building a new platform on the side of the house then installing two air handlers and compressors. They were able to do this within days of the order and although thought it would take 3 days only took 2! Very professional install. Very careful about inside and outside work area and cleaned up as they worked. Thanks David (owner), Tim Rudd and team as well as Tim Jones (platform builder). Chris was the sales rep/ coordinator and was amazing as a communicator and laid out options and gave us expert information to make a decision that met our needs. I
