Four Star Plumbing and Air Conditioning

I bought the AC unit from them in 2015. From 2006 -2015 I never had any issues with the air conditioner. The one they installed has to be serviced 2-3 times a year. There’s something not right with the unit and it has cost me $800 a year to constantly have to clean the drip pan and coils. I have other houses with ac units and they don’t need this kind of constant service to run. I have asked management to call me. Service: A/C system maintenance

Very pleasant and professional service provider. I expected to pay double on a Sunday but I was not prepared for the fee of $556.00 for 15 minutes work. I felt the charge was excessive.

Spent over 7,000.00 dollars with four star hitting and air. With a team of supposed to be professionals Installed my new A/C unit. All was well and the unit was working great until part of my ceiling completely collapsed. And caved in due to the fact. The emergency drain Pan along with the drain pipe and the AC unit itself, was NOT properly installed at all!!!!!!! The drain Pan had a hole in it. For some reisn't the drain Pan pipe wasn't even properly connected or sealed. The AC system itself was off level by a quarter of an inch. What's caused all of the condensation to drain to the back of the AC system instead of where the actual drain line is. Which in turn resulted in the drain pan having all of the Water gather in the pan which wasn't even properly installed... And the top it off, there was wiring that was not properly insulated at all. Instead was laying around in my insulation of my ceiling... When I confronted them about this along with pictures and video. They told me this w
