I had a valve to the main water line of my toilet burst. Water was everywhere very quickly. I called Vines and Sean Mosco was on point. Quickly the Vines restoration team was at my home and went to work. Mark, Chance, Brendon and Darren worked professionally and diligently to remove the water and address the issues. Jose and Jayson arrived as promised by the efficient call center rep. Wow, what a great team. They listened, asked question and got right to work! A wonky issue was detected hen they drilled down and they were able to resolve! In, out, done! AC and heat are working perfect! We expected to pay BIG $$$$$$, not so. Firstly, I was impressed with the immediate response to my call. Carla, who answered the phone, was very polite and scheduled the appointment soon. Secondly, the technician, Ivan Toledo, arrived within 2 hours after my call. He thoroughly inspected the AC system and explained all the issues he found in an easy-to-understand manner. He also provided various repair options and payment methods. Thirdly, Ivan introduced me to their AC system maintenance plan, which I'm considering signing up for. He clearly outlined the benefits of the maintenance plan. Not only was Ivan's work excellent, but the pricing was fair and transparent. From start to finish, the team handled everything professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail. They are genuinely knowledgeable and dedicated to providing great service.
