Everett was very professional. He took his time and educated us on what the problem was. Unfortunately, the power shut off due to the burnt-out wall outlets. Everett came out, replaced the outlets, and restored the power. He was thorough and efficient. I highly recommend him for future jobs. Everett was very professional: he showed up on time, explained the work he was going to do, completed the job quickly, and showed me everything was working when he finished. Ravyn was very kind and got everything booked quickly over the phone. Mind you, this was on Easter Sunday and the job was completed within 12 hours of my call.
