Hal got out and diagnosed our issue very quickly. Even though I have a maintenance contract with McGee, I came across his info and he was so professional and knowledgeable and could diagnose our issue faster. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC!
Hal Marvin came out to fix our ac and was very professional and ethical. He has a nice demeanor and is very polite and trustworthy. They were able to come out very quickly which we appreciated in this heat. Highly recommend!
Nathan was an excellent tech! Came in sooner than requested, completed our maintenance check up, and replaced a part within the same maintenance check up! Had an excellent work up description, diagnostics were provided in an understanding way, and he was just a friendly employee giving you the truth. Happy to recommend them and looking forward to them taking care of our future hvac needs! We got the maintenance membership that ensures two annual check ups as well.
