Just letting you know that I have canceled my order for the BRIZO 64221LF-BL faucet. If your customer service was even slightly good, I might have been able to wait the additional month it will take to receive our item. Unfortunately, your appalling responses to my request for information on the faucet we had purchased, coupled with the delay, made me decide to look elsewhere for my kitchen supply needs. When I left your showroom on June 24th, I realized that I only had a copy of the credit card receipt. There was no information about the item I had purchased. I was excited to read about the functionality and specifications of the faucet but realized I didn't have the model name or number. I called you later that day to get the information and you said you would email it to me. All you sent was an image of the faucet, no name or model information. I responded, which can be seen in this email chain, by asking again for the information and that I wasn't trying to see if I could find it c
