Was not happy that I only got a quote on new equipment which was very expensive. I live on a fixed income so I wanted equipment checked out to see if it would be cheaper. I knew I had to pay 99.50 for their time but was hoping it all could be fixed. All of my equipment is working fine with a much better price tag.
The technician did really good work and was really professional. He explained everything about what he was going to do, and that everything would be to code. My daughter recommended Kay Plumbing to me. The tech was on time, actually a bit ahead of schedule, which was the first indication, my experience was going to be a good one with Kay. I will call Kay again when needed, but hope it will be a while. Got to save up some cash. The bottom line is that I have new hardwood floors going in, and it was important to get this particular job done right, so peace of mind outweighed the expense this time.
They needed to replace a leaking water pipe in the floor, a big job, but they finished it as quickly as possible and cleaned up after. The plumbers were very polite. Would definitely recommend them and will use Kay's services again. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair
