Was not happy that I only got a quote on new equipment which was very expensive. I live on a fixed income so I wanted equipment checked out to see if it would be cheaper. I knew I had to pay 99.50 for their time but was hoping it all could be fixed. All of my equipment is working fine with a much better price tag.

The technician did really good work and was really professional. He explained everything about what he was going to do, and that everything would be to code. My daughter recommended Kay Plumbing to me. The tech was on time, actually a bit ahead of schedule, which was the first indication, my experience was going to be a good one with Kay. I will call Kay again when needed, but hope it will be a while. Got to save up some cash. The bottom line is that I have new hardwood floors going in, and it was important to get this particular job done right, so peace of mind outweighed the expense this time.

Had a issue with both showers. In the master the drain actually broke from the pipe. I went under the house to assess the situation, I have some plumbing skills, and found the second leak. Realized this was beyond me. My brother told me he had used Kay. Called, they had a crew there in about half an hour and the job done in a little over three hours.
