Kayla was very professional and very concerned to fix the issue. She took the time to explain everything to me and how she was going to resolve the problem. I was pleased that Meetze understood my situation and did their best to get someone out as soon as possible, I had called several other plumbing companies and it didn’t concern them about the issue and was not willing to send anyone out until the next afternoon, so I really appreciated that Meetze could see my issue and send someone out as fast as they did.
