Jerrod and Brandon arrived early and got to work immediately. The diagnosis was quick and they went to work to fix it and was out in no time and changed all my air filters before they left. I live in NC but come to Columbia SC occasionally to work on our mother’s home in Wildwood. She’s a senior and enjoys having the help. This time i drove in from Florida and was told that one of the AC units was not cooling and making strange noises. My sister made the call to Midland Air from Atlanta and coordinated with me about their arrival. The service Rep’s name was Leon and gotta say one of most knowledgeable heating and air rep’s I’ve worked with. Although it was a diagnostic service Leon was successful in quickly determining the problem. Given the house might be on the market soon we’ll need to decide the type of repairs/replacement we’ll go with. Bottom line Midland Air will get our business. Thank you Leon for being Top Notch!
