I set an appointment for Miller & Sons to come check my hot water heater and possibly get a quote on a new one depending. They were quick in setting up the appointment and the tech was on time. The tech was nice and courteous but that's about where it ends. Essentially, I paid them a $50 trip fee to measure the hole where my water heater goes (which I already knew the answer to) and give me a quote. The tech was in my house for approximately five minutes. No testing of anything was done, just one question asked. $50 down the drain and I can assure you I won't be following up on the quote. My husband and I paid this company $5,500 to put in new pipes in our house. What they did not tell us, is that they were going to absolutely destroy our walls in the process. A normal company would have cut nice square shapes to access the pipes, but they destroyed our walls with giant jagged holes—- and they even took a hammer to the wall make a hole in the bathroom! When we pointed it out to them, they did not care. It cost us $3,000 and took 3 weeks to repair the damage they did to our home. I will call you and I would love for you to come to the house and we can show you every single area that was destroyed and what we had to do to have it fixed. In fact, one or 2 of the holes are still there. There was not
