I needed my backdoor replaced because I accidentally shot a rock into it with the weed wacker. (Thankfully it was double paned and I only broke the exterior pane.) The Improvement company came out and gave me a fair estimate. They ordered the door and arranged the install. They came out a second time so the individual that was going to do the actual install could get a look at the job. They arrived on time the day of the install. Once the door was mostly installed, we realized the door was defective. They went out and bought a new door and installed it the next day. The finished job looks great and my door works like it should. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again. Just be aware that you need to plan ahead. They are booked solid. Between waiting for the door to be available for purchase and the company being able to fit me in the schedule, I did have to wait about 3 months for the install. They were worth the wait though.
